Are you using some other language than english? Is your forum using utf-8?

This is probably related to the languages and charsets used, I see you have regular english and chinese-utf8 installed,
and your forum is using utf-8, but I don't know what could do that exactly.

How did you post it? Copy and paste, or directly? Wysiwyg or not?
What letters were supposed to be there?
