I searched a bit but couldn't find a solution I understand. Is there an easy way (through a script or phpmyadmin) to remove all IP records from a database? I am considering giving my forum to a member and want all IP addresses removed for our other members privacy and for legal reasons. Thanks for your response.

I really wouldn't suggest removing them. But it would be possible via phpMyAdmin.

I know it's possible...    :D
Its the procedure I'm fuzzy on.

I found this: http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=396273.msg2832688#msg2832688

But I do not understand anything about running a cron job...
