Converting from burningboard lite 2.1.1

Hi, i would like to convert my current forum to this one, i have tried the converters and cant get past the first screen where i put the paths in for were the files are, it doesnt find the files its looking for, this is an old forum and has had the data base converted from wbb1, to where it is now...

i now have added the wbblite2_migration.php and then got this messge

This query:
ALTER TABLE `sc_smf`.smf_members
CHANGE COLUMN passwordSalt passwordSalt varchar(40) NOT NULL default '';
Caused the error:

Unknown column 'passwordSalt' in 'smf_members'

now my admin user account seems to be gone?
any help would be appreciated

i could really use some help here...pretty please

i have searched and tried everything i can find, it seems to me that i need a working wbblite21 sql file, i have searched hi and low, cannot find it 

the wbblite converter from this site is "buggy" and doesn't work with WBBLite 2.1 (only 2.0).. If you need a working version for wbblite 2.1 check out my signature

im hoping i can persuade TE or someone else to help me out

The converter from the downloads section is broken (AFAIK) and was initially developed for SMF 1.1.x to wbblite2 (not 2.1).

I'm sorry, but my private converters (the one you'd need) are no longer available to the public.
