as i said in the post above yours a language file or template must be corrupted or something happened to it. can you attach your Themes/default/languages/Modifications.english.php file to your next post?

Hi, what sign exactly are you talking about? Can we get a screenshot?

The empty fields are because you deleted the modifications.english.php which holds the language strings for installed mods.
You will need to add the mods language strings back in order for the mod to function correctly.
