Edit agreement text ?

Where is the text of agreement  ?
Does store it in database or file ?

When I upgrade my forum to 1.1beta , the agreement txt is changed . How can I restore it ?
When I am alone I am happy.

You can edit the agreement text in your admin panel.

Registration -> Registration Agreement

The agreement is stored in a text file /agreement.txt.
