adding fields in profile

I want to change to SMF 2.0 but now I have a MOD where I can add fields in the profile section,,, I need this feature.
What is the solution if I want to work whit SMF 2.0?
Is there a NEW MOD that will give me this possibilty's

Please can somebody give me a correct answer to this problem???

And for upgrading to SMF2, you need this package:
