having an issue when posting attachments

Hi all a member on my site sent me a pm stating they are having an issue when posting

i write my post, add files, send... mozilla says "sending to mysite.com", tab says "loading" while waiting for a while, then my page changes to an empty new post screen?

anyone have any ideas

I have also attached an inage of the mozilla error console

do you have any mods installed on your forum? have you tried with the default theme? does it work in other browsers?

You must have something in the forum's error-log, about this.

Can you share them with us?
