How do I delete my board?

I have looked in the admin control pannel and I cannot figure out how to delete my board, can someone help please?

What do you mean by board? The entire forum or a board within the forum?

You can't delete it from the admin panel. You'll need to delete the files from your server by using a ftp-program and drop the tables with your forums prefix from your database by using something like phpMyAdmin.

Why do you want to delete your forum?

Its not being used much.  Is there a way to remove the adverts?  I know you have to pay but not sure how to go about it :)

what on earth are you talking about "adverts"? Do you have like one of those free hosted boards? If so, you should probabally contact them.
The only thing php can't do is tell you how much milk is left in the fridge.

I did it myself.........Is it okay if I pm you the link? I dont want to advertise anyone on here.

But every link I have tried to follow via my admin cp and on the actual forum brings me here, so apart from yourselves there no one else I can contact  :(

if you installed it yourself....wouldnt you have ftp access....which would allow you to delete it yourself?


EDIT: post a link. Nobody will mind.

This is the supportforum for the software itself. The ads are added by Peekforum, they are not included in the forumsoftware. Because it is free hosting, I doubt it if you get permission to remove them. Maybe you could try sending an email to [email protected]?

than you really dont have controll over that board. You didnt install it, it was preinstalled. Just abandon it. They will delete it over a certain amount of time of inactivity
