Fresh install theme error

Alright, so I fresh installed SMF 2.0.11, and it sets up the forums perfectly fine, but there is no theme at all, it's just this: hxxp:gyazo.com/37b45c9121140fc5899c1ae35e23cbf0 [nonactive]

Installing a theme fixes this issue, but there is still issues after that, this bar hxxp:gyazo.com/d64b93e08e4426cb736e35febe186184 [nonactive] disappears, and instead of the text box cutting off sentences within the box, it just goes on infinitely.

It's only on SMF 2.0+, I haven't tried 1.0, but on 2.1 the fresh install worked perfectly.

Welcome to SMF. Try running repair settings and see if that fixes the issue. Take a look at this link- http://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Repair_settings.php
