Register with a speical email

i am wondering how to make that just few of the emails be able to Register on my forum as exmpel "@whocares.com", i just want  this kind of email be able to Register  and i want to other emails as hotmail.com be unable to Register on my forum

Have you searched the mod site? What version you are you using? I do believe there is a way to restrict email providers.

i tried to search for mods but didnt find what i was looking for and alos i am using smf rc4

I found it by simply searching "Restrict". Check [This] mod out. It's updated for SMF 2.0 RC3, however, using Version Emulate should work in your scenario.
