My customer writes:  "I am having problems logging onto the forum, even with a new password and then if I do get on it takes 3 minutes or more to go from post to post.  Who do I contact for more help?  I need my forum fix ."

This question pertains to my forum and not this one.

thanks.

Can you post a link to your site as well as a test account?

I don't know what you mean by "test account".

I'll need your email address to set it up please.

SlammedDime

Thats why you should setup a test account, so I don't have to give you an email address.  Use a fake one... [email protected], or [email protected], or whatever.  It doesn't need to be real.  Create the account from your admin panel and choose the appropriate options.

On a side note, your site loads plenty fast for me as a guest.

Sorry, I don't think you're quite understanding me.  I need a test account for your forum.  Since that is what your member says is slow.  I have no clue what that is that you linked me to.

Oh, dumb me.  I sent you the wrong thing.

You can register however you want (it's free) or if you need me to still set something up, let me know, cause I'm not sure how to set anything up for someone else.

If you need to register a member then you can do it from the "Registration" part of the admin area. Just give the test user a bogus email and make sure that you don't send the password to it.

Please don't send me ANY support related PMs. I will just delete them.

bjenn, the whole point of us asking for you to create a test account for us is so we don't need to register and it will give more than one user a chance to look into the issue. Most of us will not register manually...best you create some dummy account.
