In the administrator board where i set all the things I just have 2 skins, default smf & smf core or smth, I want that skin how to download it or smth?

http://custom.simplemachines.org/themes/ to get to the theme area that you want to download.

then got to Admin - Themes and Layout Setting and then install your new theme - just make sure it is for your version of smf.

I think that is what you are asking for

Dude ... Go to the themes maker and ask them. It is their theme, not smf ....  located at http://demo.dzinerstudio.com/ or http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=219305.0 ... that will be the best area to ask.

admin -> themes and layout themes that the user is able to select "show the list of themes" then check your theme
