Admin account do not exist

I have been trying to do some administrative tasks (nothing very important) and when I came back, I could no longer access the Admin account. In fact, when I try to log into my account, it says that this account does not exists.  I tried with my email and it also reply that it does not exist. 

Any idea what went wrong and how I can recover my access to the forum.  To prevent abuse (hundreds of fake new users every day), I set a requirement for me to authorize all new accounts, so I cannot even create a simple user account.
