500 Internal Server Error - cannot access forum

Hi everyone.  I have another forum that has been experiencing a 500 Internal Error.  This happened seemingly out of the blue, not after any upgrades or mod installs.  I have tried upgrading the forums (currently running 1.1.4), but I cannot access upgrade.php without getting the error.  I'm really not sure where to go from here.     Error log is listed below.  (I have been playing with the folder permissions, as I read somewhere that it could have something to do with it, in some cases..)

What permissions does that file have?

I believe it should be 755.

Thanks for your reply.   Yes, it is 755.


ETA:  wow, maybe not!  Just realized that "public_html" was set to 7*7*5, instead of 755!!  That solved my problem!!  *whew*  thanks for the help!
