Need to know how to turn comment deletions off on profiles

We need to turn off members' ability to delete others' comments on their profiles, asap. I can't find where or how to do this. If this is not possible we need to disable comments on profiles entirely.

Using 2.0 version 3.

This is not a default feature of SMF. Have you asked in the mod authors topic.
