Reinstalling a database

I'll get back to you tomorrow. For some reason, I can't access my site again. It's telling me I have a connection problem and smf can't connect to my database. It says the server could be busy.
I don't know if this is a problem with my host but it's getting late and getting near my bed time so I'll have to worry about it tomorrow.
I hope I didn't mess things up in trying to fix this icon problem.
