Thumbnails

I am running Babylon theme 1.1.... I just started my forum today and really like the Babylon theme but I am having a problem. My forum is in maintenance mode and I have just been testing it. I have no problems putting a picture in a post or thread if I use say photobucket but if I try to use a picture off my computer, it will not reduce it to thumbnail size in the post. Thumbnailing is not working. Does Babylon 1.1 automatically reduce a picture to thumbnail size if it is to large or is that something you must add-on. Thank for any help.. I am a older gentleman and not very good with computers...Thanks

Hey Lenney, I'm wondering a few things. You say you are running Babylon 1.1.... The number of periods is odd to me. Is there a 13 or 14 after the last 1.? The version number is typically the version of SMF, not really the theme. Can you switch to the default theme and see what happens there? You mention you are in maintenance mode...any chance you could provide a link to your site?

I'm just running Babylon 1.1 with no mods. I can't seem to post a link to the site. It is hxxp:www.oldfordpickuptruck.com/index.php?www [nonactive]. Thanks for any help.

According to your website, you are running SMF 1.1.14.

The displayed size of the images should not be dependant on the theme you use.

You can control the size of the images you post with the image link using the width parameter

Thanks for the replays. I am running SMF 1.1.14. Here is a example of the problem I am having. I am a member of a few other forums, and when I start a new topic or reply to a post and I use a image that is to large it is automatically reduced to a clickable thumbnail in the post or topic. My site is NOT doing that! If you start a new topic or reply to the topic and use a image that is to large it is not making it a clickable thumbnail. Thanks for any help.
