Some more options for notifications

- Include a copy of the new post (in the notification mail)

- Instant E-Mail notification
- Daily E-Mail notification
- Weekly E-Mail notification

Daily and Weekly notification mails should include a copy of all posts which were happened until the notification mail was sent to the user

And also please split up the current command

- Turn notification on when you post or reply to a topic

into 2 commands

a) Turn notification on when you post to a topic
b) Turn notification on when you reply to a topic

Having the option of including the new post body in the mail would be a nice addition.
Also having two separate options for reply and post new would be very welcome.
