I have installed the new bridge after installing Joomla 1.08. Now it is has synced with the SMF database and I can see all the user groups from SMF in Joomla. I can even login through Jommla and see the panel which shows "you have 20 messages, 2 are new". But when I click on any of those links that would take me to SMF, I usually get a blank page. The SMF forum is working fine by itself, and if I type in the forum address in the browser I even see myself logged in, but I can't seem to figure out how it will actually open links from Joomla.

Turn off compressed output in SMF.

Turn off compressed output in SMF.

The option was turned off. It still gives the same result. It gets stuck on a blank page.

Just to make sure that I am doing right...turning off compressed output means unchecking the option from server settings, right?

Is there anything in your SMF error log?
