attachment files problem

Hello

After upgrade to SMF 2.0 not working old attachment files. For example, after downloading a file, I meet up with file corrupt message.

Was there any error message while upgradation ?
Also, is it with old files or it is also with files uploaded after upgrade ?

   * Yes, there was error message, I think that connection with php 5.* . After this message I upgraded my hosting server  to php 5.*

   * And also I uploaded all old files again. But it is not working still.
