No idea how to install a theme that i downloaded

Hi,

I created a SMF forum from a free webhost service. (just to keep my self updated with smf 2). but when i go to manage and install themes... there is no opyion to install a theme.

any idea how to solve this
[No i dont have any FTP details cos this is free]

If you have installed that forum yourself.. then you will option to install your theme also.. but here I guess you are using some free forum service.. they allow you to create your own forum but have disabled to install new theme.. and that makes sense as it will break their setup..
