what is "Skipping file"?

I have SMF 2.0.2 and I'm a forum admin newb. I downloaded a mod and I would like to install it. I uploaded the package and I'm about to install it, when I notice that two of the "Execute Modification" things say "Skipping file" when the rest say "Test successful".

I have never installed a mod before, is this something to worry about? Do they all need to say "Test successful" or is this normal?

Don't have to worry about. Sometimes if a file isn't present and mod does not require will say skipped. Generally it occurs on custom themes/languages but it is safe to ignore.
