2.0.2 Request

I was just wondering if someone can make a Shoutbox, and or Award system for 2.0.2, I have a award system, but it is for amount of posts, I can't manually award people for different things. Another app that would be nice to see for 2.0.2 would be economy system so that people can earn points to post so they can change their custom title.
