Custom Profile field for series of small pictures?

Would it be possible (and how) to create a custom profile field (only to be edited by admins) to show a series of small images underneath people's post (above or under their personal signature, different ones for each member)?

We are a gaming unit, and like to give each member a (series of) predefined badge for the trainings they have passed.
