For about 30 mins until just now the entire website wouldn't even load for me, and timed out.

You probably know, but just makin sure

it was only 10 minutes max 15. But probably only 5. Time is relative, to me it seemed like ages, waiting until it got back.

It does vary, some people are never affected, others all the time. Such as last time we had an issue, I couldn't get on but Amacythe managed.
