Advanced Reputation System and custom themes

I am very sorry if this is posted in the wrong section.

I have a new forum that i am using the advanced reputation system on. Originally it installed fine in my test environment, with no problems. I then further customized some themes (based on the default Curve theme), and installed the reputation system onto my live environment. This time, whenever I installed the rep system, things looked off. During the installation, I checked the checkboxes to include my custom themes in the install, but it was only modifying one .css file (i think index.css, but it didn't touch any of the template files. That might not matter, but I am just throwing it in.

Anyway, Now that it is installed... I am having 2 major problems.

1:  My green rep bars are not showing.. at all. There is no broken image pictures, and the karma picture files are in the correct place... they just do not display. The heart displays and it seems to work, but no green/red bars.

2:  The popup box seldom works. Whenever I click the heart, sometimes nothing will happen.. sometimes the add reputation box opens at the very top of the screen. But the heart ONLY works, on the first post in the thread. If I click the heart on any other posts in the thread, nothing happens.

Any insight on this?
