Looking for help on a few modification

Ok, not sure if this is possible, but I have to ask before I try and change themes.  Also, I have asked the theme designer, but he hasnt done or answered anything either here or on his site. This is my website www.blackwateratv.com   

So, these are what I am looking at:

1. Would like my logo to "float" and be centered to what ever screen resolution is being used (i.e. computer, cell phone, tablet)  I know it may not be possible.

2. In my last theme, when a new member registered, it showed up with a message in the info at the top right by my avatar.  This one doesnt and it takes several steps when I get the email to get to it.

3. When a new post has been put up in a thread, the emble lights up next to it on the main forum page.  once you got to one though, it is no longer lite even though there are other new posts in the same forum in different threads.

4.  On the quick reply, there is no attachment option.

5. On the main reply, you can't add a poll until after the topic is posted.

6. On any reply feature, the spell check doesnt work.

7.  You cant attach pictures to a pm.

8. I cant figure out how to do away with the titles under users names (i.e. hero member, senior member)  I just want the moderator, admin, and vendor titles there.

These are the only ones I can remember right now.  I will update it if I remember others.
