installing smf on yahoo small business

i have yahoo small business as my webmaster and am trying to setup smf but have not been able to install it. I have been informed by yahoo smallbusiness that my account should meet smf requrments but yahoo does not support troubleshooting of it. Can anyone help me set it up, or tell me how to?

Heya, welcome to SMF!

OK, have you created a blank database in your admin area on Yahoo? Is there a user assigned to it that's permitted to write to it?
Have you uploaded all of the SMF files to your site via FTP or File Manager?
What step are you stuck on?

Are you trying to use web install too? Why not read through the thread posted in the previous response and it describes the steps...

Web install may not work for yahoo.
