Hi everybody,

I took this forum advice and download the following MOD's.

ssi_topicNews_v0-8.zip:
ssiTopic_2.0

Iwas able to install:- ssi_topicNews_v0-8.zip:

But not "ssiTopic_2.0" as it was corrupted.

What is the difference between the 2 MOD's?

Can somebody explain!

I think the mod you are talking about is this one.

The first one doesn't work with SMF 2.0 I believe. I would recommend uninstalling it and replacing it with the ssitopic 2.0.

Those two files are two different mods that do similar things.

Hi Kill em all,

The reason I posted this query is because what you are suggesting does not work on my SMF 2.0 installation.

Every time I upload the zip file to Install "ssiTopic 2.0" I am informed that the file is incompatible or corrupted.

How do I find and install a "ssiTopic 2.0" Mod which is compatible and not corrupted.

A temporary fix the mod author has suggested was emulating. Under browse packages on the bottom right, you should see a link that says advanced. Click that and emulate to version 2.0 and click apply. You should then see an install link next to the mod. From there, install it like any other mod.
