Has this member accessed the admin permissions?

I've reviewed my error log and I have one member which is generating tons of errors in what appears to be admin functions.  This member has no admin access.  At some point, when I installed a mod, (I believe it was the portal shoutbox), I've been getting tons of errors from just about every member when they use the forum search.  However, this one member's errors are very unique and I'm very concerned.  With this member there are even errors showing on the Calendar and Calendar Post event and, the calendar isn't active.

Can you possibly tell if this is the case?

Edit:

I banned the suspect member and I've not had any errors like the above since (not yet one day but, it's a start).   I've been wrestling with this problem for months and have not been able to pin down the massive number of errors I was getting in general.  But, as of now, I'm just getting the usual ones... incorrect password, registration still pending approval...

One thing I noticed is that all the suspect ones have the shoutbox in the initial error line.  I thought it may have been an issue with the Simple Portal or chat program.  Then, I also remembered reading somewhere that chats and shoutboxes can be a source of security issues.  I'm pretty sure I read that here somewhere, a few years ago, actually.

Hopefully, the problem is cured.
