ok in a week i will move my forums to a new host. NOW assume im stupid as hell  ;D and please explain a step by step procedue so I wont break my forums.

Won't your new host move the forum for you...?
Some service. :P

Anyway, you need to - make a backup of all your files, download them to your PC and then upload them to your new host.
- Make a backup of your database (export), through phpMyAdmin (can usually be found in the control panel of your host.)
- Create database + database user on new host (also in control panel...) and restore the database with phpMyAdmin. (Import)
- Download repair_settings.php from our Tools & Converters page on Download section here, put it in your forum directory and visit it with your browser, make sure everything is set OK there, then remove it again.

Should be all.

Please do not PM for support - anything else is usually OK.

havent asked if they will move it but they prob will, so if they do will i have to do anything additional?

Chances are once they move it you will need to create a user for your database (your host can help you with that) then add that user to your database.
After that is completed.

Download repair_settings.php from our Tools & Converters page on Download section here, put it in your forum directory and visit it with your browser, make sure everything is set OK there, then remove it again.

It depends on how it's moved, for example if it is a cPanel server -> cPanel server import, nothing changes but the company you host with... Rest is all the same.
And if it's not and they do the move well, you shouldn't have to do anything more than run repair_settings.php to fix the paths.

But, it's hard to tell as we don't know who your current host is and who the new one will be nor how competent they are :P

Best case scenario for sure

Just FYI, if you had a problem with fat cow you aren't going to be seeing anything different at justhost. They are the same exact company under two different labels. They are owned by EIG which owns many overseller hosting companies. Have a look: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endurance_International_Group. Now sure what an overseller is? http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=117303.0
