HELPPPP - Can't add user

*I'm trying to convert from phpBB3 to SMF 2, I've downloaded and copied the converter to the SMF installation folder.
-> /home/content/55/8677755/html/forums
-> /home/content/55/8677755/html/nsosmf

*I'm hosted on GoDaddy, I do not have 'Add a user' in my phpmyadmin - sql user is automatically created during forum software installation; 1 user per db

*I did a backup of the phpbb3 database and restored it to the smf database, but that just prevents me from being able to login to phpmyadmin

*Spent a bit of time on the phone with GoDaddy techs this morning, couldn't find a way to give user access
