Install Problems

I have downloaded the package uploaded it to file manager through ftp and just trying to install it and getting this error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function db_fatal_error() in E:\Domains\c\craftaddicts.co.uk\user\htdocs\smf\Sources\Subs-Db-mysql.php on line 71

Not sure what I am doing wrong.  I have take all files off and re uploaded etc but its just not working x

Hmm...which version are you trying to install? Did you extract all of the files in the package? I'm seeing this on your site at the moment:

This installer was unable to find the installer's language file or files. They should be found under:
\/Themes/default/languages

In some cases, FTP clients do not properly upload files with this many folders. Please double check to make sure you have uploaded all the files in the distribution.

If that doesn't help, please make sure this install.php file is in the same place as the Themes folder.

Its ok thank you for your help I sorted it!  Well the host did lol.  I was on the wrong server and the files were not writable on the server I was on (or something along those lines lol) x
