This morning for the last 6 hours simplemachines.org has been loading very slow even getting the high resource usage message or pages take up to 10 seconds to load. Are you guys looking into this?

Tested from multiple IPs and same result.

Funny, I wouldn't have thought it was about this issue with "High Stress Messages" - I thought someone must have been sending him stressful messages. Even that page took 15 seconds to load. Must be DDOS attacks somewhere on the network.

Before you do anything what I will suggest is you make a backup and start over.

I wanted to quickly write something in case a mod thought I was spam lol. I'm currently on Tor and it's running fast as, having said that, it's also the first time I've used it lol. In any case it's way quicker than the other SMF site I use. By contarst this site is extremely slick. Only problem so far is the catchpa verification -- this is my 6th time!!!

Lol Kindred, if they are not porn sites they probably should't be banned, that's kinda weird. I just logged off about 30 minutes ago and hopped on clearnet. I sent 2 emails to tormail.org [nofollow] (Tor) and MSN locked my hotmail account. I don't think corporations are big on Tor. Also, I thought that "Child boards" were for children, ie newbies, but they seem to function the same as regular threads lol. But in general, v. 2.0.4 kicks butt over 2.0.2..... I don't even know why we have it anymore. When I joined SMF it was like entering a time warp into the future -- much better lol.
