IP-B Donators type script

Is their any sort of script that i could put in PortaMx or any other portal to get IP-Boards type donations like:

"Top Donators"
- Test1 - $10.00
- Test2 - $5.00
- Test3 - $15.00

you could take a look into our mod database the only donation mod i can recall is Treasury
