Lampshade Theme Problem

A theme namely Lampshade was applied to my forum...

Now I have deleted the whole forum ...

The problem was:

The theme could not be removed...

I even deleted the theme and applied other themes, but there was no result...

My version of SMF is 2.0.4 ...

Now I want to ask:
Is there any solution to this problem, in case I want to use SMF 2.0.4 once again in future?
