Forums still offline

I posted some time back as Hatter, for 2 forums to be reactivated, they were, shortly, then some server crashed, was told be patient, now a few months later, still get Uh Oh Database error,
had to register here again (don't even want to discuss why) to see if you guys can ever get 2 forums back online? at least long enough for me to transfer data, if SMF is unable to keep them running,
these are the only 2 out of 7 I need.
just great, not allowed to post the external links to your frakkin forums, somewhere you have an e-mail for me, somehow, lets figure out a way for me to get the forums restored, 

I hate to even return here, but I need the materials stored on these sites.

This is pretty much the only answer we can give.

I am guessing that you are using a service like smfforfree or mysmf or createaforum if so you really should contact them, these sites are not affiliated to us, they use our software that is closest they get, we make software we dont provide hosting, we dont provide hosted forums of any sort.  The only sites we control are simplemachines.org and yabbse.org.

its ok i can imagine how pissed off you are, I would be too, if you give us the address for one of your forums we can point you in the right direction
