Email selected members in Memberlist

when i go to the memberlist (as an admin) i can check members and then click "delete selected".

how would I have to modify the code that there would be an option that sais "email selected" and it would then transfer me to the page where I can send an email newsletter to the people I selected.

I am asking this because I intend to sort my memberslist by "last online" and then send something like a "are you still alive" email to everyone that has "last online: never"

any ideas?
