Package Manager Help.

Hello everyone. I really need help with Package Manager. My SMF version is 2.0.5 and I installed only one mod that sends locked topics to the bottom, but now when I want to install another one I can't.
After I click on 'Package Manager this is what I get:

And after that I can't do anything. I can only go back to the forum. Is it bugged or something? Please help.
