Create a Page

How do I make it a new page, for example Contacts can create are displayed in the header and footer from the Forum and these will also be available for guests.
Should, if possible, work with the language file together.

Otherwise, the SMF is not bad and 1000x faster than my old phpbb. ;-)

second...  there are mods that do what you want - either for the contacts page itself or for custom pages.
for "contacts" I am assuming you actually mean something like this (because, despite your obnoxious comment, what you asked for is NOT actually clearly explained)
