Online Gaming on my SMF Site?

I am using my SMF site for a battlefield 3 Clan site but am finding it hard to keep clan members interested in keeping up with the site, to be honest the forum has as the name implies simple functions having little no attraction to being on the site.. I am wondering what I would have to do to make the site more than just a forum and have more interesting features to it. I was thinking that some games might be fun on the site, there are many game sites out there such as pogo and so on and I was wondering what it would take to add similar games to the site for members of the site to play, alone or with other site members.
