(Help)Error in Mod installation

Whenever i want to install any mods, it gives me this error Notification

What modification were you installing?

Does the test installation fail on ALL files? If that's the case, I suspect a permission issue. You may want to do a chmod on the files.

Am trying to install gallery mods, and in the mods only two(2) files are  failed why other Text successful.....

Looks like you installed a mod even though it told you there were errors...
