Image resize code

Hey there...wondering if anyone could point me to the Image resize code. I just have to take a look how smf handles it and want to recreate in a way that smf recognizes any picture in first post of a thread and resizes the image and saves it as a thumbnail (later to include the thumbnail on simpleportal).

So can anyone point me to the files js resize file and php statements where the resize process is called?

Well in your case, first you have to actually download the picture...

Secondly in your case the code is only marginally relevant to you because it's all geared to thumbnails being attachments in their own right.

This is an *awful* lot of work to do to be honest and there are potentially legal issues if the image isn't yours.
