Dear all!

how can i show which user are watching a post/thread?!? Is it a mod o just a settings?

Depends what you mean, exactly, by "Watching".

Can you elaborate, please? Do you mean "Subscribed to"? (i.e. they have the topic on "Notify")

go to your admin panel, current theme, and modify the setting there. It should say something like "Display who is viewing thread"
