My forum is three minutes off for some reason. How can I fix this?

Probably something wrong with the server time, do you rent a shared hosting plan or is it your own server?
If it's your own server, you can sync the time with rdate.

If it's a shared hosting thing, you can ask your host to check and fix the time.
