Identify stale attachments

I currently have 40+ gigs of attachments from my forum dating as far back as 2008. Is there a way to identify attachments that have not been downloaded in the past X days, so I can prune those? I know I can delete attachments that were uploaded more than X days ago, but I do not want to delete with that criteria.

There's no log of last downloaded, so you'd have to add that first...

Is there a last modified date in the db with the download count?

Not for attachments, no, which is why I said you'd have to add it first...
