<meta name="robots" content="noindex" /> on some topics

watching my forum i notice a lot of my topics (not all) have the following <meta name="robots" content="noindex" />

that tells google to no index..

i use only optimus brave for seo  how can i solve this?  cause i think is affecting my side indexing to google

i use a blank robots.txt

it is the TOPIC page that is flagged no index?  What is the EXACT URL which is being flagged? And how did the user/spider reach the screen which is flagged noindex?  That all matters
