smf servers busy, try again later?

Kept saying this when I tried accessing my account.  I was going to upload the script to go live and it also tells me invalid login. Can someone help me please???

What version of SMF are you using and was the message this?

" Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later."

Could be a host issue or your settings.php file has incorrect connection details.
