please help me.

You should, must, have to update your forum... You are several security fixes behind and exposed to being hacked...

That being said, I don't find any reference to "cacheLanguage" in current SMF so it's likely to be a problem in a MOD...

i believe in the past the language files were cached but this was since removed from SMF.

basically... even aside form security...   the RC versions all had KNOWN functiona issues (which is why none of them were actually "final")

We do not support outdated RC versions...   so -- the only advice we can really give you is - update to 2.0.9 and see if that fixes your issue. :D
