Inferno theme help

I need help with inferno theme, i want to put image on top of page, if you know what i mean.
Something like cover image on facebook, i know how to change/remove logo, but i need help with top of my forum.

My english is not so good, so i hope you understand me.

Also, if i'm posting in a wrong section sey for that i was in a hurry.
